Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor for a full-time, on-site role in Jodhpur. The Counselor will provide personalized career guidance to students, help them explore their interests and skills, and assist in creating tailored education and career plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, evaluating students’ needs, offering career advice, and maintaining accurate records of progress. Collaboration with educators, students, and families is essential to ensure successful outcomes.

• Experience in counseling, education, or career planning roles
• Knowledge of career development theories and career assessment tools
• Ability to build rapport with students and their families
• Organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
